The Newest Baby Storer

Look out world. Here comes Andrew David Storer!
We took Liam to Highline Hospital meet the newest member of the Storer family Saturday. We're so glad we were able to meet little Andy. He's adorable!Mom & Dad are so proud; as they should be! Kim made it all the way through without an epidural!!! Amazing. Last time we were here, Carmen was holding our own new little baby boy. Liam's already 15 months now. Before long, little Andy will be walking & talking & camping at Walupt Lake with the all other Storer boys.
Awww... what a beautiful family. Ok guys you seem to be pretty good at this. How many more?'Proud papa' (and the entourage)
Congratulations Micah & Kim!!!

"Ok Liam, catch me on three! One... Two..."
-dad
"Just kidding!"
-dad
"Hey, how did that happen?"
-dad
Even though Joel isn't a father, I pick him as the more responsible one of the group.
"Yeah, chill out dad."
-Liam"Have a rock."
-Liam
'Future Geologist'
Eagle Landing Park was a great place for Liam to hang out on such a beautiful day. He was fascinated with the waves, the rocks, the trees... just about everything.

Awww... what a happy group of HETEROsexual friends.
'Tough guys'
"Momma always says there's an awful lot you could tell about a person by their shoes. Where they're going. Where they've been. I've worn lots of shoes. I bet if I think about it real hard I could remember my first pair of shoes."

Kenny's Last Stand

This weekend was all about Kenny and his last stand as a bachelor. Hoorah!
In case you can't tell who "the bachelor" is at this bachelor's party, he's the only one wearing the white, desert camo. It makes him an easier target for us, since we're all shooting at him anyway.
We had a great time paintballing all day, shooting pool all night, and playing Texas Hold Em until the sun came up.

Ballard & Beyond

"Hey, get your hands off my car ya big ogre!"
-Joel (moments before getting flicked into the arboretum)
"For crying out loud! I live under an overpass. Won't these kids ever leave me alone."
-The Fremont Troll
"Ya know, a little basic hygiene really does go a long way."
-Stacy
It turned out to be a mostly sunny Memorial Day weekend after all, despite the forecasts; and our subs from "The Other Coast Cafe"... unbelievable!!! That large paper bag on the right is the leftovers!
Here's a picture of Liam, just before losing his finger. Yikes!
(just kidding)
Joel & Stacy got the mini tour of Seattle this weekend provided by yours truly. They recently made the Puget Sound area their home after moving from the midwest, where they went to college with Carmen. What a great couple!

Wanna Go Flying?

How did we get here? ...to this beautiful 4,000 acre glacier fed lake at the base of the Olympic Mountains just off the Skokomish River?
By floatplane, how else? (Thanks, dad.)Dad called up up one random sunny Saturday and said he needed a copilot. I agreed, as long as my friends were welcome.
Krystal & Andrew were just about to do some yard work. I'm sure it was a tough decision, but as you may have guessed, they didn't choose the yard work.
I think we all enjoyed the way our Saturday turned out. (This is why I don't like to plan my lunches, cause I never know what kind of opportunities I could miss)
