Nello's had some awesome pizza. Although Liam was so tired, he fell asleep in the stroller and slept through dinner.

Diane & Carmen have traveled much of the world between the two of them: Africa, India, Japan... They live thousands of miles apart, but were able to meet up in Iowa, near where they went to college together thanks to our flight benefits. We love Diane! (You may recognize her from our wedding.)

Mmmmmmmmmmmm... fresh guacamole! I thought it was a good idea. Unfortunately, it was a little to spicy. Liam turned a pretty distinct shade of 'fire engine red', clenched his fists, and went through about a liter of apple juice after this photo was taken. Poor guy. I don't know how he puts up with us.
Liam looks like such a little guy all bundled up with his hat. It may be sunny out, but it's barely above freezing.

Jon & I are making big deals in the big office. In this photo, I'm at the Pizza Ranch corporate office, negotiating for a store in Seattle.
Liam is one of Jon's most important clients. The little guy has some big purchasing power and can eat a lot of pizza.
Liam gets special treatment from Uncle Jon. What a lucky guy.
Nothing like a little Blue Bunny Ice Cream for dessert. They make the ice cream right here in Le Mars and practically give it to you right out of the cow! How convenient that the best pizza and the best ice cream are located just 20 minutes from each other in Northwest Iowa.
